退货期限 / Return Period
我们的退货政策有效期为 7 天。自您收到商品之日起超过 7 天，我们将无法提供退款或换货服务。
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
退货条件 / Return Eligibility
如需退货，商品必须满足以下条件：
- 未使用且保持收到时的原始状态
- 商品包装完整
- 提供订单编号、收据或其他购买凭证
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

不接受退货的商品 / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

退款 / Refunds
收到退回的商品后，我们会进行检查，并通过电子邮件通知您退货是否已收到，以及退款是否获批。
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
如退款获批，退款通常会在 5–10 个工作日内退回至您原来的付款方式。实际到账时间可能因银行或支付机构而有所不同。
If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. The actual time for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
换货 / Exchanges
我们仅在商品存在质量问题或运输过程中损坏的情况下提供换货。
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please contact us first and provide photos of the product, packaging, and your order number.
退货运费 / Return Shipping
